In the face of the tragedy of school Nº 49 of Moreno, in the province of Buenos Aires, where a gas explosion caused the death of Deputy Director Sandra Calamano and Assistant Ruben Rodríguez, the Argentine Campaign for the Right to Education (CADE) is calling for creation of the “Educational and Technical Verification” (VET, by its Spanish acronym) that would be held annually, to ensure that school infrastructures are adequate and safe to guarantee the right to education.
